Proposals that pass the eligibility check will undergo an independent evaluation by international experts specializing in the proposal´s scientific domains. Each proposal will be evaluated by 3 experts. 
The proposals are judged on the quality and relevance of the research and training plan, transfer of knowledge, the researcher’s future career prospects, open science attributes, communication and dissemination of project results.  In line with the rules for MSCA and the Charter & Code, the following selection criteria and sub-criteria will be applied: 

Implementation
When preparing your application, make sure to demonstrate the overall quality and credibility of your research project, highlighting its innovative aspects, level of novelty, sound methodology, and the way it considers inter- and multidisciplinary dimensions as well as gender balance. Present clearly how knowledge transfer and training activities will support your professional growth in line with the research objectives. Emphasize the excellence of the supervision and the suitability of the hosting environment. Finally, provide a strong motivation statement, explaining your choice of research track and showing how it aligns with your personal ambitions and long-term career goals.

Impact
In your proposal, demonstrate how the project will strengthen human resources in research and innovation by improving skills, working conditions, and career perspectives for researchers. Show the effectiveness of your planned measures to communicate activities and results to diverse audiences, ensuring visibility and outreach. Finally, explain the relevance of your project to the CEITEC research landscape and highlight the potential for cooperation with industry or the application sector.

Implementation
For the implementation part, clearly show that your work plan is coherent and effective, with tasks and resources allocated appropriately. Describe the management procedures you will apply, including measures for quality assurance and risk management, to ensure smooth and reliable project delivery.

Each criterion is scored 0 - 100 points. Trashehold 70 points.

Failed (0) - Proposal fails to address the criterion or cannot be assessed due to missing or incomplete information.
Poor  (1-20) - The criterion is inadequately addressed, or there are serious inherent weaknesses.
Fair (21-40) - Proposal broadly addresses the criterion, but there are significant weaknesses.
Good (41-60) - Proposal addresses the criterion well, but a number of shortcomings are present.
Very Good (61-80) -Proposal addresses the criterion very well, but a small number of shortcomings are present.
Excellent (81-100) - Proposal successfully addresses all relevant aspects of the criterion. Any shortcomings are minor.
