The CEIPEX MSCA COFUND aims to provide Fellows with a comprehensive career development program to navigate the complex academic and industrial research environment in Brno, Czech Republic, and internationally. To that end, we are preparing a comprehensive series of training events to enhance the soft skills of the CEIPEX Fellows. 

The events will be powered by experts drawn from three powerful and diverse pools of expertise accessible to the CEITEC consortium.

• CEITEC Research Group Leaders, Principal Investigators, and Core Facility leaders
• Teachers, researchers, and experts from the partner academic institutions of the CEITEC Consortium
• Experts, entrepreneurs, and educators from the Associate Partner companies
